Modification of the terms
The tsironis-home.gr store reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.

Record keeping
We inform you that based on Law 2472/97 we keep your commercial personal data in our file and you have access to them in accordance with the law.

Protection of personal data
The personal data you enter in your registration as a member are used exclusively by the tsironis-home.gr store for the execution of your orders. In no case do they have access to those persons who do not have a cooperative relationship with our store.

Secure Transactions
All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Order cancellation
Your order can be canceled until the time of execution by email at tsironishome@gmail.com stating the order number. In case your order is shipped and you wish to cancel it, then you will be charged for shipping (shipping and return) and the products will be returned to the store. Returned products should be in excellent condition and in sealed packaging as they were shipped.

Return products
You can return the products you bought within five (5) days from the date of purchase provided that they are in excellent condition, unused and in sealed packaging.

Money return
The following applies to a refund:

If the payment has been made by credit card then the refund order is given immediately * by us and the money is credited to your card in 3-5 working days depending on the bank issuing your card.
If the payment has been made in cash at our physical store then the money is refunded immediately * with the return of the products.
If the payment has been made by cash on delivery the money is refunded * within 10 working days.

* The refund is made after the returned products are checked for their condition by the competent employees of the tsironis-home.gr store.

Order delivery time
The time required for the execution of your order is 3 working days if the products you ordered are immediately available, unless a different delivery time is stated on the page of the specific product / code. The delivery time of an order varies depending on the shipping / receiving method you have chosen as well as the destination.

The tsironis-home.gr store is not responsible for any errors in prices, features or photos and reserves the right to change prices without notice. The transport of goods is the responsibility of the customer.
